Shipping

In most areas shipping will take 6-8 business days which includes processing time at our warehouse in Perth. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 12 business days. We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound, so we place tracking on all deliveries. If you are not home in most cases, our courier will leave a card and take it to your local post office where it can be collected at your earliest convenience.

Once you have placed your order online, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order and send it from our distribution centre before you can begin to track your order. You will then receive an order confirmation email, with details on the progress of your order. Due to stock on the item you have selected, the delivery time for the item could extend to 3 – 4 weeks.

If you have incorrectly entered your address details, the best thing to do is contact us either by reply email or by emailing dene@allscopeclaysports.com.au All Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post or Sendle and New Zealand orders are shipped using Australia Post.

We can deliver to all PO Boxes.

Not at the moment, but you can order direct from your local stockist and support their business.

We cannot ship an order internationally (excluding New Zealand) from our Australian website. Orders placed on castellaniaus.au and castellani.nz can only be shipped within Australia and New Zealand If you live outside Australia you may be able to make purchases from one of the Castellani international sites, please contact us if you have any issues by emailing dene@allscopeclaysports.com.au . 

Please be aware that orders placed via third party freight or shipping forwarders to countries outside of Australia are done so at your own risk, and safe delivery cannot be guaranteed.
